Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The refund policy for registration is as follows, and please note that refunds are not possible after the early registration deadline due to the costs incurred in preparing for the conference.
  • Notification of any cancellations must be made in writing via email to the secretariat.
  • Refunds will be processed after the congress.
  • Bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
